I have this error message "The data storage limit is reached and your team is currently unable to store new data.
Please delete files or directories to free extra space.2 please let me know How a can delete the files. Thanks

Hello,

You will get this message when you have exceeded your Log Files, Jobs and File Manager space on SiteRemote Server. It is normally 1 GB per year per device or as a Team (main account) in general. Assuming you are running your own server, you would go to the Teams tab in SiteRemote Administration (backend) identifying your team, click the "Edit" button in the "Licenses" column under the Teams tab. Edit the disk space and traffic settings to allow "unlimited" usage. By making these changes, you will not need to make changes to the team account licenses in the future.

If you are on a leased server, you can contact sales-america(at)provisio.com or your reseller to assist in purchasing a "SiteKiosk Cloud – Disk Space Package" to cover the additional space needed.
