Support Request: Registering devices that have ben offline
We use SiteKiosk for our members via Android tablets. During the pandemic, many of these devices were put away due to health concerns so many of them have been offline for over a year. When we try to get them to check in they are not registering. We need assistance with getting these long offline devices to check in a again a re-register with the server. When I attempt re-registration I get a message right away that it was denied by the server. I have tried using an updated license key but it did not resolve the issue.
