Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. It seems that this link fails to resolve to the new link in the Player. Sometimes, this could happen due to other network factors. I will include this in a petition for future releases.

Old: http://www.provisio.com/link/WindowsIdle

New: https://www.sitekiosk.com/web/screensaver/windows.aspx

Since SiteKiosk Player is IE based, you can place the old link into your local IE browser and you will be presented with the new link. This should resolve this issue you are having, unless you do not have any internet connection on the device.
