Support Request: Single App mode, the app re-launch many times

below is the video the problem I faced. I want the "Single App" keep alive instead of re-launching

is this re-launch is normal behavior?

My test Android pad is Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and Android version is 11

Hello,

I'm sorry, but I cannot open the link. However, Android 11 is not supported with SiteKiosk Android. You should go back to Android 10.

Furthermore, please make sure that Samsung Knox version 3.0 or higher is available on the Samsung tablet.

Usually, when configuring "Android App" at "Application", SiteKiosk Android will start this app permanently in the foreground. It will only be closed and restated on screen saver activation / deactivation (default idle time 10 minutes).

May I know that any roadmap that SiteKiosk will support Android 11?

Hello,

there is no schedule for this yet. It also always depends on how many changes are made to the Android system.
