Support Request: Application screen disappear
We encounter this attached screen when the system hangs or the system restarts automatically. Please help us to resolve this issue and start each time without our help to show on the screen. How to start our application?

Thank you for your inquiry. You would get that screen when SiteKiosk is prevented from running. It could be either from SiteKiosk misconfiguration or from Windows security settings and/or applications. If no one made any changes in the configuration, it could be the latter. To understand more, we would need:
- Configuration - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Config (*.skcfg files, ignore *.skcfg.local)
- SiteKiosk Log files - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Logfiles (yyyy-mm-dd.txt files)
- If you are unable to leave that screen, please indicate and we will send an email with the steps.
