Support Request: Windows login screen

Description

Hi,
Every morning we have to log in via AnyDesk to log in on windows user with "provisio" and double click the SiteKiosk software to boot up?
Can you tell me why the kiosk software is closing every night? Is this a setting?

Like to hear from you.

Hello,

With the default settings SiteKiosk will restart the computer every morning at 4 a.m. (SiteKiosk configuration>Maintenance).
But if you activate the auto start mode, the SiteKiosk user will be logged on automatically after restart and SiteKiosk will start again.

To activate the auto start mode login to a Windows user with local admin rights. Then start SiteKiosk and choose auto start.

Hi,

I choose "Auto Start" the first time. So how can I check if this setup is correct?
Now every morning I see the windows login screen where I has to fill in "provisio"

Hello,

the proof that auto start is not set is that you can use the keyboard and have to log in manually again (auto start mode blocks all keyboard input until SiteKiosk starts automatically).

You should re-enable auto start and verify that it works by restarting the system.

The auto start mode will be stored in the Windows registry and only deactivates if you select “Log off user (disable start settings)” or “Exit SiteKiosk” in the Exit dialog box, which appears after you enter the configured key combination and the correct password.
