Hello, SiteKiosk 9.8 is out of support but it is the same like with the current version 9.9. With SiteKiosk you have no such icon in the task bar when using Chrome Browser Skin but you can change the keyboard language (available on Windows) with activating and using the onscreen keyboard in SiteKiosk Regards, Michael Olbirch

we do not use an on-screen keyboard, we are licensed for government agencies with a child filter. The user complains that they cannot understand what language they are entering text in.

Hello, SiteKiosk is using the default keyboard language configured on Windows (which is a user dependent setting). If you are not sure you may login to the SiteKiosk user account (used in Auto Start mode) and check that the keyboard language you want to use is the only keyboard language that is installed and configured on Windows (Windows 10 Settings>Time & Language>Language>Keyboard) Here the information how to get access to the Windows settings in the SiteKiosk user account: https://www.sitekiosk.com/eu/web/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=5826 Regards, Michael Olbrich
