Support Request: Error print / Just print the half of the sheet

Description

We have implemented Sitekiosk and some of the kiosks just print the half of the sheet no is a driver problem or device proble because under windows everithing is ok.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. SiteKiosk is just using the default printer configured on Windows. You may first check printing the same web page in e.g. Edge and then in SiteKiosk in Start Once mode.

If it works, then you need to check the printer settings in the SiteKiosk user account:

Otherwise, you could check the print margin settings in the SiteKiosk configuration.
