Support Request: Missing data on webpage


We have a link set up that opens a popup page. The page opens fine and most of the data is there but there is data missing. The page is used for employees selecting their open enrollment benefits. As an example, there is a "medical" link on the page, when clicking it the screen populates but the plan options do not show as they do when accessing in a regular browser.

With SiteKiosk Chrome Browser, new windows are opened in Tabs but modals and other in-page features work in the same window. Check your settings first, according the link above, and then send it to us for further review with steps to replicate if possible.

Due to limited access to the troubled section of the mentioned website, poster opted for external browser application for the short term.
