Support Request: Not able to uninstall license

Description

We were unable to uninstall the SiteKiosk License key from a rental PC when it was last used in early November.
That machine was wiped and reimaged so there is no way to get that PC and remove the license.

How can we reset the license for use?

Thank you for your inquiry. If that computer was reimaged or wiped, then you would not have to worry much. What matters is the number of active devices running SiteKiosk. With a peace of mind, register your new device with your current license.
