Support Request: No shell replacement?

Description

Setting up on a laptop. System Security Manager is set to Protected. However doesn't seem to work. Auto Start selection and rebooting makes no difference.
System is InTune managed by IT supplier. Has a company account with a password for now, plan is to remove that later.
Other issues, might be related: Doesn't want to register the (IT supplier supplied) license, does acknowledge it though. Keyboard not working in Windows.

Hello,

The System Security Manager is only responsible for securing the local SiteKiosk user
https://www.sitekiosk.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?step_2_-_security_manager.htm
and is independent of the Auto Start mode, which you activate in the Quick Start dialog that appears when you start SiteKiosk in a Windows user account that has admin rights (the startup settings themselves are stored in the Windows Registry).

Therefore, make sure that this Windows user has full local administrator rights.

If necessary, check the procedure again using these instructions:

Regarding the license, please contact our sales department by e-mail (then it can be checked for validity)
E-Mail: sales-europe(at)sitekiosk.com

SiteKiosk has nothing to do with the keyboard function, but if you activate the Auto Start mode and SiteKiosk does not start, the keyboard lock will still be active.
Here is the information on how to unlock it (Case 3):
