Support Request: Issues with printing

When users are trying to print a document via Ultipro/Kronos, they are unable to print as the print preview window shows up as blank.

If you are using the default browser Chrome make sure that the browser tabs are not hidden and that full screen mode is deactivated. Browser tabs are displayed by default in Chrome but you can check that setting in the SiteKiosk configuration editor under >Start Page & Browser >Advanced >Browser Toolbar. Make sure that the box labeled Show tab bar & toggle tab bar button is checked. The full screen mode options are in the SiteKiosk configuration editor under >Start Page & Browser >Fullscreen.
