Support Request: Unable to drag the arcGIS map

Description

WIth SiteKiosk running, we are unable to drag the arcGIS map with a mouse. User needs to use the keyboard to move left and right, but is able to zoom in and out with the mouse.

I tried accessing the arcGIS map outside of site kiosk and am able to do so. Is there some configuration that needs to be updated?

Thanks!
Yvonne

What is the URL and what are the steps to replicate the issue? Can you replicate the in the current SiteKiosk version 9.9.6014? The current version of SiteKiosk is free to evaluate and can be downloaded from https://www.sitekiosk.com/software-downloads/. If your license was purchased more than 12 months ago an update fee may apply to the current version. Please email us at sales-america(at)provisio.com with any questions about your license.

We have tried using the latest version and are still facing the same issue. Is there an email for me to send the URL link and username/password? Thanks!

Hello,

Thank you for your files. I have tested your configuration file and you have Internet Explorer selected. Outside of SiteKiosk, IE works. But with SiteKiosk, Metro IE Skin, the map is not draggable (uses Webbrowser Control). However, with Chromium CEF 96 inside or outside of SiteKiosk, the map was draggable. In Start Page and Browser, simply select Chrome Browser on the right of "Browser-Engine:". On the silver table, Chrome Browser is the default choice, and your Start Page link will be carried over. Run your test again and see.

If your test is successful with Chrome Browser, you can customize your browser with the green "Customize" button as the features are not carried over from IE Browser settings. You can then decide if you will need to keep IE for other features or use the new Chromium Browser engine.

See information on end of support for IE:

Best regards,
Andre.
