Support Request: issue with "for security reasons this action is not allowed"

Hi,
we have a unit that is just running a clients website, but it keeps flashing up with the above. I have attached the latest log file, is it teamviewer that is causing the issue? i have added it as an allowed program, or am i missing something.

Hello,

This behavior is caused by a window with the title “SourceTech Remote Support”:

SiteKiosk Log:
Notification: According to the windows monitoring rule(Title:'*emote*' Class:'#32770') the window (Title:'SourceTech Remote Support' Class:'#32770') will be closed

If you want / need to allow this window, you can create a new entry with the corresponding title (or alternatively delete the corresponding entry that blocks the window) under -->Access/Security-->Block system critical windows & dialog boxes-->Settings".
