Support Request: Admin Password


The one website that we need to use for our business will not work correctly in microsoft edge or internet explorer. I am guessing that I need to get out of the area that is automatically launched in order to make any changes or fix this problem. As best as I can find nobody at our company has the administrator password to exit this section. Is there a standard password that this comes set with, or is there a way to reset the password? Thank You.

Thank you for your inquiry. Your last resort is your master password which is the first eleven characters of your license key. This is included in your SiteKiosk registration document emailed at purchase or available at My Licenses section of the Customer Portal. You can find your license information in SiteRemote/SiteKiosk Cloud>>Monitoring>>[Select device]>>Software>>SiteKiosk.
