Support Request: Configuration setup not working


I have installed and tested the software in the trial version, and everything worked correctly. Once the trial version expired I purchased and activated a license. Now the software "Configure SiteKiosk" does not open, it remains blocked in loading, see attachment. While the "Start SiteKiosk" software work successfully.
How can i solve this problem?

After long wait i can see this error message: Unable to reach the page. Verify the address http://localhost:8889

in general, SiteKiosk and also the SiteKiosk configuration tool work independently of a valid license (see also:

There is also no known issue with starting the SiteKiosk configuration tool.
The configuration tool will be delivered as local web page on port 8889 (http://localhost:8889).

If using any proxy on the computer make sure to bypass the proxy for local addresses.
If using any kind of additional Antivirus or additional Firewall / Security Tools make sure the local port 8889 is not blocked.

Also make sure that you are logged in with a Windows user having full local admin rights (this is especially important if the computer is a member of a domain where local rights can be restricted by domain / group policies).

- Which operating system do you use?
- Did you reboot the system after the installation?
- Is there any additional information at the Windows event log at the time you try to open the SiteKiosk configuration tool?

Many thanks for the suggestions, I changed the firewall settings of Windows and now the configuration setup works.
