Support Request: Refresh problem


We have SiteKiosk setup on 3 PCs, however the screen doesn't refresh automatically as it used to do. We have to manually refresh to go back to the home page. I've not been able to find any settings to sort this - can you help please?

SiteKiosk 9.7 is generally no longer supported, but regarding your description, you might want to check the screen saver settings in the SiteKiosk configuration:

Otherwise, there is no other function or setting in SiteKiosk for an automatic screen refresh.
