Support Request: Cannot preview document in browser frame

Description

User uploads document to website, and the document should be previewed in a frame on the page. Instead of showing the document in the frame, the page reloads to show the document full screen in the tab. Pressing the back button brings the user to the previous page, before the document upload page. This prevents the user from uploading the document.

Thank you for your inquiry. It could be related to the website and its relevant coding. Based on what you described, you could check to see if this setting is deselected: Configuration>>Start Page & Browser>>Customize (Chrome Browser)>>Settings>>"Redirect new windows/tab to the main window". This may not solve the issue; we will need to compare and test what you are experiencing. Please send the following to "support-america(at)sitekiosk.com":

- Exact steps to replicate
- Configuration - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Config (*.skcfg files, ignore *.skcfg.local)
