Support Request: PDF script genration trouble on French Health Insurance (Drupal)



We have a problem on French Health Insurance website base on Drupal.
On the insured account dashboard we can generate a PDF attestation.
The action does not pointed to a PDF file, but on a PDF generation script ; this action does not works with SiteKiosk.
Tabs are activated, we see the PDF tab opening just before the SiteKiosk browser disapear and restarted.

You can find in attachement our config file, the SiteKiosk Browser log and the SiteKioskNG log file.

We know it will be difficult for you to debug this action, but maybe you can understand with this log files.

I have asked a developer and unfortunately the cause cannot be identified from this information.

Therefore, could you please email us your SiteKiosk configuration and step by step instructions on how to reproduce it (with login or demo login)?
Then we can check it on a test system.
