Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. Please note that SiteKiosk 9.7 is out of support. However, with SiteKiosk Player, images are always displayed in their original size.

You have these options to consider:
1- Change the image resolution to match your display with an appropriate application of choice.

2- You can embed the image to a html file where:
---
Create an HTML file for each image and embed the image in it to display it in full screen.
Save the HTML file in the same folder as the picture (recommended "...\SiteKiosk\Html") and select the HTML file in SiteKiosk Player accordingly.

You will find a sample HTML code to adjust yourself (replace "picture.jpg" with the name of your picture; further code support not provided):

<html>
<body style="margin:0px;">
<img src="picture.jpg" width="100%" height="100%" border="0">
</body> </html>

----

3- You can use this solution that will automatically show all picture files from a folder in SK Player:
https://www.provisio.com/en-GB/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=23146

4- You use SiteCaster instead of the SiteKiosk Player as screen saver (SiteCaster also uses the Chromium CEF engine installed with SiteKiosk). With SiteCaster, you can create a project with pictures, web pages or any other content that displays in a browser for the screen saver by using the SiteCaster Editor at www.siteremote.net + Then you can publish the content (project) to the machine(s) remotely (at any time).
---
Note:
SiteCaster requires that the SiteKiosk computer is online and registered to SiteRemote.
You also need extra licenses for the usage of SiteRemote and SiteCaster ("SiteKiosk Cloud - Annual Plan")
https://sitekiosk.com/web/Shop/Shop.aspx?GroupIdx=2

Before purchasing you can also create a test team at www.siteremote.net and test it for free with the 30 days trial period.
Further information here (1.1 SiteCaster):

Best regards,
Andre.

All of the images are accurate resolution. There is a clear white border on the images on the top and left. Like is has padding added only to those sides. The software is in a elo touchscreen so maybe the cpu is somehow pushing the images

Hello,

Thank you for explaining. Each image element in SiteCaster has options for "Fit" in "Image" property. And there are more options for "Padding", etc. in "Size, position, alignment, spacing" property. There also might be additional border settings in "Appearance (background, border)", you can review.

Please let me know your observation.

Best regards,
Andre.
