Support Request: I can't print from chrome

Description

Hi,
I can't print from chrome, usually, we generate a pdf inside of our web page. And when we try to print from there, the program sitekiosk print ALL the page, no the PDF.
How we can use the print view from chrome?

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. What your intent might be is printing an embedded PDF. To do that, you may need to enable the Print button in "Start Page & Browser>Customize>Browser Toolbar" and allow downloads at ">Start Page & Browser>Customize>Downloads". Also, test our latest version (9.9.6181) on another device.

Thank you for the update. For the first picture, we need to rule out any other errors. Please send the following to "support-america(at)sitekiosk.com" for initial review:

- Configuration - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Config (*.skcfg files, ignore *.skcfg.local)
- SiteKiosk Log files - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Logfiles (yyyy-mm-dd.txt files)

Then for the second picture, SiteKiosk does not handle printing in the way where you are presented a preview. You have the option to print to default printer without interaction or the user chooses their printer of choice. Hi,
When I use the option to print to default printer without interaction or the user chooses their printer of choice, print all the web page and we only need print the pdf.
so, if we can't print only the pdf, the software is useless for me.

Thank you for your files. Based on your log files, your website was trying to use the "blob" protocol which is non -standard for most sites. As a courtesy, I have edited your configuration file and included it in my response.

Please let know, if after this change, you are still having an issue viewing the generated PDF files. Ideally, your users should use the larger print button on the Browser Toolbar and not the smaller print button on the PDF Viewer frame.
