Support Request: SiteCaster content


We have installed client 9.9.6181 on new Kiosks to replace older 9.6 machines, and SiteCaster content is not displaying on the newer client.

Thank you for your inquiry. There are no known issues where updating SiteKiosk would affect your SiteCaster project. Your project is only downloaded once and re-published on your command. Please try these steps first:

1. Try a new configuration file, setting SiteCaster as the start page.
2. Republish your project.
3. Check your SiteRemote connection status on both SiteKiosk Configuration and in SiteRemote>>Monitoring.

If the above do not work, please send the following to "support-america(at)":
- Steps to replicate the issue
- Username or email information of the account used to connect and publish the content
- Configuration - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Config (*.skcfg files, ignore *.skcfg.local)
- SiteKiosk Log files - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Logfiles (yyyy-mm-dd.txt files)
