Support Request: Online Game Not Working

Description

I'm trying to link to the game "www.bongo.cat" using the start page. The game loads however it doesn't actually play. When using just the browser in sitekiosk (bypassing the start page) it works fine as well as when I test the link in the start page customizer window.

Thank you for your inquiry. I have tested this link with SiteKiosk 9.9.6191. All the features work well in SiteKiosk, including mouse and keyboard commands. It could be that the browser engine in your SiteKiosk version is outdated for that site. You can test the latest version without a license: https://www.sitekiosk.com/sitekiosk-windows-version-history/
