Support Request: Screen Saver Showing In Logs

Hello again,

I was wondering if there was a way to set it so that when our SiteCaster screen saver pictures change, they do not report. Please see the attached image. The only things I have enabled that should report to the server are Windows System, SiteKiosk Windows, SiteRemote Client, Maintenance, and SiteCaster (SiteCaster CMS).

Some other people that had issues, they stated that had to disable the Digital Signage (SiteCaster POPAI) and it worked for them. This is disabled for me but it still reports. I also should note that I have my message level set to All(0). I have changed it to Info(20) and it stopped showing our screen saver information, but then I am no longer able to pull usage data of our kiosk.

Can somebody please assist me with getting our SiteCaster screen saver to stop reporting while also being able to run reports on usage of our kisok? Thank you.

Hello,

you can disable these logs by deactivating the Play Log in the project you use (it is disabled by default).

Go into the SiteCaster Project Editor, then select ">Settings>Project settings" and disable the option >Enable advanced logging for playback and terminal usage.

The "normal" logs of SiteKiosk are still available for the reports after deactivating the Play Log.
