Hello,

If it is about the language for the (on-screen) keyboard, you just need to install the corresponding language for the keyboard on Windows:
https://www.sitekiosk.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?languages.htm
2.3. Keyboard language layouts: https://www.sitekiosk.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?on-_screen_keyboard.htm

But when it comes to the skin language (SiteKiosk browser and its dialogs), the Portuguese language is unfortunately not included in the Chrome Browser skin (only in the IE skins, which are only included for customers who still need an IE-based browser in SiteKiosk for compatibility reasons; IE skins, however, should no longer to be used for free web browsing).

Nevertheless, you can add it yourself.
For the Chrome browser skin, you can edit the "app.xml" file under "...\SiteKiosk\SiteKioskNG\assets\strings".
e.g. translate the English language section in the XML and changing the texts in the XML accordingly (then the Portuguese language will be active when English is selected)
For example
<String Id="Dialog.SurfArea">The surf area filter has blocked the navigation.</string>
