Support Request: SiteKisok Client pop up error message

Hi Support ,
We found that the SiteKiosk Client PC pop up the error message when we powered on the PC. You could refer to the attached picture for the error message.
The message indicated that :Sitekiosk was not able start properly for 10 times in 1200 seconds.........etc.
However , we definitely sure that we didn`t start the SiteKiosk 10 times within 1200 seconds. We found all the SiteKiosk had ever popped up the message intermittently. Could you please look into it and advise how to prevent the error pop up again ?

Thank you for your inquiry. This can happen if SiteKiosk is interrupted and is unable to be relaunched in time. You can find most usual scenarios and recommendations in our FAQ link here:

In corporate or domain environment, you may have set special timed events that may interrupt SiteKiosk and the Watchdog is unable to start it up again. You can check the SiteKiosk Log files - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Logfiles (yyyy-mm-dd.txt files) - for events leading up to the error.
