Hello, I purchased the license 2 days ago (Saturday), the invoice/license info are showing up in my customer portal, but cannot log into sitekiosk.online. I tested with username or email, I created a new user ... ERROR

Hello,

There is no known issue and there is one team on https://sitekiosk.online using the e-mail address you created this request with.

Usually you just need to go to https://sitekiosk.online, login and then go to >Teams>Licensing to add the license(s) you purchased.
If you forgot your password you can use the forgot password link on the login age

Hello Michael, after my message, I just created a test account in sitekiosk.online. I added the 2 purchased licenses, everything is fine now. I was thinking that the sitekiosk web shop and sitekiosk.online were linked and that the same users are valid.
