Support Request: Website returns blank screen

Description

When employees login to our HRA site on the kiosk they are returned with a blank screen.
This was working normally last week, now it is not. The site loads normally from the windows desktop.
Will not load properly when Sitekiosk is running.

Thank you for your inquiry. SiteKiosk 9.7 is no longer supported. Without a license, you can freely test the latest version: https://www.sitekiosk.com/software-downloads/

This website works with the current SiteKiosk version. It may be that your Chrome Browser may be a bit old (Chromium 76). Please test and let me know if you encounter any other issues.

The new version resolves the issue.
I show that I have support for a few months yet,
does that include software updates?
Can I install over the top of an existing install or do I need to remove it.

You just have to make copies of your configuration file and be mindful of any special requirement in your environment like domain restrictions, strong password, no VNC, etc.: https://www.sitekiosk.com/web/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=476
