Support Request: Website App Not Working

Description

I have a web app that points to ADP login.
After the user adds the user id and clicks login its saying Application Error
If I use the actual Edge browser or chrome browser it works. Its doesnt through the site kiosk software.

Thank you for your inquiry. There was a recent case for this website. The solution was to update to the latest SiteKiosk version. You are free to test without a license and review our Version History page: https://www.sitekiosk.com/sitekiosk-classic-windows-version-history/

If you are in a domain and to avoid security restrictions on local user installs, you can use this command for GUI install (v9.9 only):

sitekiosk9.exe /V"INSTALLSYSTEMSECURITYUSER=\"\""

This will install SiteKiosk without the user. If the user exists already, it will remain unchanged. For your production device, an updated license is needed, you can check your Maintenace End date of your license details or email Sales "sales-america(at)sitekiosk.com".
