Support Request: 3D WebGL

Hello,

We're using SiteKiosk Online to display https://storymaps.arcgis.com/stories/75f4d95bb7b44808b7eafa808b266d58 and when we click any of the 3D models, it gets stuck at "Loading 3D model" message. I'm able to open the model on the machine not using SiteKiosk Online. I'm attaching a screenshot.

The 3D models used to work in SiteKiosk Online but the original computer died. We got a replacement from the vendor which is exactly the same (make/model/specs) as the previous computer and it was set up the same way. The only thing I can think of that is different is the version of SiteKiosk Online. When I reinstalled it, I did log in to my https://sitekiosk.online account and downloaded the newest version there. I had named the computer the same and when it asked me to take over the existing computer, I selected yes to it. Please advise.

Thank you for your patience. 3D/WebGL works fine in SiteKiosk Online (performance depends mostly on hardware). The issue is the 3D models on the vendor site Sketchfab are affected somehow with the current client version: https://sketchfab.com/developers/viewer/examples

For the moment, our team is on task for a long-term solution. In the short term, you can use an older version of the SiteKiosk Online client. An email will be sent with the link for the appropriate version.
