Support Request: SiteKiosk Online Upgrade Eligibility

Hello,

I am looking to potentially upgrade my company's SiteKiosk Classic to the new SiteKiosk Online Cloud and I was wondering if we would be eligable to do the upgrade license option at the discount listed on the shop page even if our maintenance had expired in July? I just want to make sure before I spend the money to buy the upgrade.
