When pdf files are opened in IE, the page display correctly, but when trying to print it (bording pass for airline), sitekiosk reset after 20 seconds.

Hello,

you can try disabling the internal SiteKiosk pdf viewer, so that SiteKiosk uses the default Acrobat Reader:
To disable the SiteKiosk Player for PDF:

- Open the SiteKiosk configuration file (…\SiteKiosk\Config\YourConfig.skcfg) with an editor (e.g. Notepad) and search for the line 

<filter enabled="true" player="pdf" content="application/pdf" action="2"/>

- Then change the value from true to false 

<filter enabled="false" player="pdf" content="application/pdf" action="2"/>
