Hi,

We may have forgotten our SiteCafe password and need to log in to create some new tickets. Is there a way of resetting it without reinstalling the software and losing all the config & existing ticket association?

I am sorry but there is no general password in or way to reset the password of SiteCafe.

I am sorry but with SiteCafe 2.6 it is the same, there is no general password in or way to reset the password of SiteCafe.
