We use sitekiosk on our Link @Sheraton, because the main idea about this Sheraton standard is giving the guest the most comfortable space for talking with friends or doing his own business projects . Because of this we have decided to use Sitekiosk to give the guest the confidentiality of his files as well the manage for us to give then only certain access, always thinking that the use and performance of the computer will never be decreased.

But a few days ago we got a problem, there is appearing a screen with the logo of sitekiosk and there is nothing that the guest can do to eliminate this, the only solution is pressing ctrl + alt + F8 and then close the other appearing windows. But no one will know how to do this and there is not reason to need this.

What can I do to stop this kind of pop up of Sitekiosk?

I use a screen saver from the Sheraton Standard, I don´t know if this will affect.
