Soporte de pedidos: Digital Signage not working

Hello!
1) I have 6 kiosk in new loaclization. All have 2 screens (tochscreen and normal above kiosk)
In one of kiosk digital signage its not working.
After succesfull publish of content - i cant see content in one kiosk. I see digital signage provisio screen.
I tryed many restart, publish and still no effect. All kiosk have the same config, (published via siteremote) the same SiteKiosk version.
Also i noticed when i using team viewer and i click mouse on digital signage screen(above):
digital signage screen is switching to a main screen(goes down), and main screen to digital signage screen (goes above).
Also, after that, content of "main screen" (down) has digital signage logo, and on digital signage screen (up) has watchdog picture without of any content.
Whats is wrong?

2) Next queston: Im not very happy with current version of SiteKiosk. In other localization i have ver8.8. Can I downgrade sitekiosk from 8.9 to 8.8 without loosing licenses? How i can do it?

Hello,

Did you also try if the digital signage content on the one kiosk with the problem will display after restarting the client machine?

You may also check if the content is correctly delivered to the folder (target directory) “ C:\Users\Public\Documents\SiteRemote\Sync“ at the client machine.

If you want to display videos also check this FAQ:

(and check if the video plays at the Windows Media Player at the client machine).

Generally there is no known issue with displaying digital signage content on the second monitor and which monitor is the main and the second one is configured in Windows.
Regarding your description it seems to be about any Team Viewer / Windows issue (e.g. Windows /Team Viewer settings or driver issues).
Alternatively you may check using the integrated Remote Desktop feature of SiteRemote (-->Monitoring-->Administration).

2) Generally you can also use the license for SiteKiosk 8.9 with SiteKiosk 8.8.
Just uninstall SiteKiosk 8.9 and then install SiteKiosk 8.8.

which operating system is used on those machines? Is it the same on both machines?
