Soporte de pedidos: Samsung TAB4 won't turn off
I have Samsung Galaxy TAB4 with Android version 4.4.2. After SiteKiosk 2 installation the device won't turn off. When pressing the Power button the tablet option menu won't show up. I have pushed the power button for several seconds, but the device won't turn off, the screen goes black and tablet vibrates but after few seconds it turns on again. Is there any cure for this ?
