Support Request: Site Kiosk Browser Does Not Remember Cookie for https://members.healthadvocate.com/
Hello.
I'm need one last website to work with Site Kiosk. Our employees need to be able to go to www.healthadvocate.com, click on "Members" which takes them to
https://members.healthadvocate.com/. From there they type in "Grocery Outlet" and choose "Grocery Outlet, Inc.". I believe that this sets a cookie in the browser and then takes the user to the login screen.
However, on Site Kiosk using IE as the browser, the cookie doesn't appear to be set (or read) and they keep getting asked to choose their company, and therefore they can never login. I'm ok if the cookie doesn't stay after the browser is closed, restart, or cleanup. However, I need them to be able to get to the login prompt.
Can you help? This is the last item I have to fix before I deploy these systems on July 26.
