Description

We have 20 PC's on our system. On siteremote, some machines are displayed "offline", but in fact they are online ? How can it be possible?
On the other hand, we have machines which do not start in the morning, but there is no e-mail alert for them...

Hello,

I have checked your team and 6 of the 20 machines are offline (5 since about 10 hours and 1 since 5 days and 10 hours).

The contact to SiteRemote will always initiated by the SiteKiosk client machine.
In the SiteRemote team the machine is connected to it displays that the machines were turned off and disconnected regularly from SiteRemote (because they are displayed as offline).

You only get an alert when the machine state is online and then the machine does not connect anymore to SiteRemote (without notifying to SiteRemote that the system is going offline).

You should check if the SiteRemote Client service is running on the client machine (while logged in as Administrator start the Windows service console – services.msc).
Furthermore you need to make sure that the port 8086 is not blocked (between the client machine and the internet – outgoing).
