Support Request: No keyboard shown in fullscreen browser but sitekiosk thinks the keyboard is shown...

Reproduction

We use sitekiosk without shell replacement and with our own user that loggs on automatically. Sitekiosk is configured to start automatically.
We have 14 kiosks running and already after a few days 4 different pc's of them had the problem as discribed below. (pc windows 7 SP1 professional with touchscreen (elo) in portrait mode)

No keyboard is shown but sitekiosk thinks it's there because when you click where the key's of the keyboard SHOULD be there you actually type charactars. This sounds to me that it's not a setting but more a bug in the software or the keyboard.

When we restart the pc it works again. Had the problem on different pc's..

PS: the keyboard is adapted with the rules and code like on the website of sitekiosk.com.

thx

Hello,

>>> PS: the keyboard is adapted with the rules and code like on the website of sitekiosk.com.<<<
Is it a keyboard that you created / customized?

There is no known issue using a keyboard that is installed with SiteKiosk (e.g. the “International” or “International Black”:
So it must be a bug in your customized code.

Ok thx already for the reply,
we will review the code and try again.

If we cannot work it out, can we ask support on this customized keyboard? Or will there only be support on keyboards created by provisio itself?

Kind regards
