Support Request: Touch accuracy off

Reproduction

Touch anything on the screen when the SiteKiosk is running in settings mode or browser kiosk mode. You have to tap about a half-inch above whatever you want to tap.

Description

Touch accuracy is off by about a half-inch on a 24" screen. Affects SiteKiosk settings view as well as web browser kiosk view. Makes the app unusable for me, had to uninstall and go back to 2.3.33. Running Android v4.2 on a ViewSonic VSD241.

Hello,

I don’t have a ViewSonic device here for testing but I have tested it on a 21,5” Acer Smart Display and unfortunately this is not reproducible.
Also other devices (Google Nexus, Samsung) do not show the behaviour you described.

Did you uninstall the SiteKiosk version 2.4 and install the version 2.3 again on the same device after the problem has occurred?
You may also enable the “Show touches” function of Android (Developer option settings on Android) and check the position without and with SiteKiosk running.
