Support Request: App draining battery, not charging to full 100%

Description

The Lenovo tablets do not charge to 100% when the app is running. They drain battery even when plugged in all the time.
We have run diagnostics and test and have determined with the help of Lenovo that it is the Site Kiosk app causing the issues.

Please can this be looked at ASAP

Hello,

Of course the SiteKiosk Browser will take some more performance than the system if it is just idle on the home screen also because of the integrated security and maintenance features.
Furthermore it even depends on what is displayed in the browser (e.g. a HD Video or just a text web page).

But SiteKiosk has no influence to the power supply and this issue is cause by an undersized power supply of the tablet.
