Support Request: Launch printings very slow

Description

Hello,

A recent customer reported that the printing process on his kiosk was very slow.
So I tested printing on SiteKioks Online this week.

There's no doubt that SiteKiok adds some latency to the printing process.

I've configured SK to start printing directly.
When I launch a PDF print with Chrome, the printer receives the command in 5~7 seconds.
When I run the same test with SiteKioks, the printer starts after ~17 seconds.

I've read that SiteKiosk converts the PDF before printing, is there any way to disable it?

Do you have other tips ?

Hello,

what you have read regarding PDF conversion probably refers to SiteKiosk Classic Windows.

Have you turned printer monitoring on or off?
On which website does the behavior occur or how can it be reproduced?
Otherwise please send us an export of the project with step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the behavior.

Thank you for your response ; I disabled the print monitoring and now the printing process is more faster.
