Support Request: RSS Feed

Description

I'm using SiteKiosk as a digital sign and have an RSS feed setup as well as web pages within the campaign. Everything was working properly and I left the sign running to test, and when I came back about an hour later, everything was still working, including the web pages, except for the RSS feed. It just scrolls saying that the Feed's URL Could Not Be Loaded. When I try to access the feed URL directly, or preview the campaign in my browser, it works properly. What could be the cause?

How long does your campaign play for? Each time the campaign loops through it will reload the specified URLs or local content. It is possible the URL of the RSS feed was not available when the campaign looped and reloaded but was then back up shortly after that. Is this issue consistently replicating after a certain amount of time or did this just occur the one time? If this is happening consistently, how long does it normally take for it to occur? What is the duration of the campaign?

I was able to get this figured out. It was just related to my internet connection.
