Support Request: digital signage error

Description

Hello,

when I want to open MONITOR in DIGITAL SIGNAGE I got a arror:
"There was an error contacting the server. Please make sure you are connected to the Internet and try again. The status code was: 500"

Dont you know what is the problem?

Hello,

is it a team on our server (https://www.siteremote.net) or do you run your own SiteRemote Server?
Which Browser did you use?

Otherwise it maybe just was a timing issue (internet connection speed) and you should check it again.

It is our own siteremote server and we use IE 11. connection speed is OK.
I tried a Chrome too with same result.
Any other idea?

Hello,

Generally there is no known issue and “Error 500” is a generic error message, given when an unexpected condition was encountered and no more specific message is suitable.

You should first check if your SiteRemote Server is up and running correctly (state on the SiteRemote Server Administration page).
