Support Request: wrong system time

Hello

from unknown reason we have on some machines with Android - wrong system time.
I tried to use site remote administration / job / update time, but it is for windows probably? - I got error code: (0, Script (1 of 1): The script returns an error, Code = -1, Description = ReferenceError: ActiveXObject is not defined )

On the machine there is Android 4.4.2 and there is not possible set up system for "auto sync time from site".
I dont want to use a third-party software for time sync.

Is there a way how to send to machine a correct system time?

Hello,

On Android you need to set the correct time & date locally at the device settings.

The script you mentioned is designed for SiteKiosk on Windows (Windows systems).
Also the option “Activate time synchronization” at the SiteRemote Team Administration (-->Administration-->Settings) only works on Android devices with root access (rooted devices).

Note:
The way to acquire root rights depends on the tablet in use. There is no unified method to achieve it. In most cases rooting a tablet is not officially supported by the manufacturer of the tablet. A rooted tablet may also run less reliable.
