Support Request: Licensing Issue

Description

We purchased a license that was working for quite a while that now to be re-registered everyday through SiteKiosk. The license was purchased through our IT Vendor under our name and is "Ocean Communities Federal Credit Union SK8 95972-1 License(s)".

Is there a reason we need to re-register is every day. We are running SiteKiosk on a Windows 7 machine and cannot find a reason why this license will not stick anymore.

Your SiteKiosk machine will unregister itself if the license is being used on more machines than it is valid for. You will need to ensure that SiteKiosk is only installed on one computer when registering this license (You may double-check with your IT vendor to make sure of this).

Please note that these license were purchased more than 12 months ago, hence are no longer supported. Each SiteKiosk license comes with 12 months of support and free updates. However, you may purchase license updates to be used with the most currently supported version (SiteKiosk 8.91.3042). You may purchase update license at www.provisio.com .

You will just need to specify the license to be updated and pay the update cost ($69.00 per copy). You may purchase update license at www.provisio.com
