Support Request: Drop down does not work

Hi

How ever I will not get the drop down menu.
When i click on the down arrow the menu goes strange. (see attached screenshots)
So i can not select any other setting.

I tried reinstall
Remove and reinstall
And repair.

Issue remains :(

I am using windows server 2022 version 21H2 (OS build 20348.1970)

Hello,

I am sorry but Windows Server 2022 is not a supported operating system for our client software. Only desktop operating systems are supported: https://www.sitekiosk.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?system_requirements.htm
Also note that the post you are referring to is from 2015, the menu has changed since then and while the selection is still a dropdown, it currently only offers the "Auto start with shell replacement (best protection)" option unless some very special circumstances apply (special hard- and software combination for custom projects). So your screenshot is most likely showing some display artifacts that be can be reproduced on some graphic cards when clicking on the dropdown, clicking again usually removes those artifacts.
