Hello,

Did you also check if the toner is empty or low?

Generally SiteKiosk does use the default printer configured in your Windows system and the printing function of the Internet Explorer.

Therefore you should get the same behavior if using the printing function within the Internet Explorer.

If you want to check the printer settings or print a test page while logged in to the SiteKiosk user account you should have a look at the following FAQ:

Hi
Thanks for your reply.

The printer is new and the toner is full. The printer have paper too. Apparently all it's correct (or I think this), but sometimes and only sometimes the printer not print. This happens only with Sitekiosk and if I try later print this website, usually the printer print all ok. I don´t know why this occurs but our Customers complain continuously.
Our customers normally printed reservations plane.
I have four printers in total and this happens to me in all places where I have installed these printers.

When I try with Iexplorer the printer print ok.

Thank you very much

Hello,

- Does it happen on a specific webpage or on several?
- Did you configure to print out the largest frame or the website as laid out on screen?
- How often does it happen?
- Do you have a step by step guide to reproduce this issue?
- As you wrote that it works within the Internet Explorer, did you try it only once or over the same period of time like in SiteKiosk?
- What does the log file of SiteKiosk show in case of this event?

I don’t know if it solves this problem but you might also make an update to SiteKiosk 6.6.213 on one of these machines and check if the problem appears again.

Here you will find the actual SiteKiosk Version:
