Support Request: Problems with Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1

Reproduction

We bought several licenses for Sitekiosk Android and we are facing some problems.
Sitekiosk is installed in Galaxy Tabs mounted in the hall area of a chain of hotels to allow guests to access to Internet.

What is happening is that often guests are able to go out from Sitekiosk and reset the tablets without knowing the Sitekiosk password.
We don't understand how is possible to go out from Sitekiosk without knowing the password and we would like to know how to prevent this problem.
The only thing that sometimes happens to the tablets is that they could run out of battery and then they reboot after power reconnection but we set Sitekiosk to launch automatically afteer reboot so this shouldn't be the issue.
Could you please give us some suggestions to solve this problem?

Thank you very much,
Federico

Hello,

Generally there is no way to exit SiteKiosk Android without knowing the password if configured.

But if the Buttons of the tablet device are accessible users may know the button combination to reset the complete tablet device?
e.g. http://www.technipages.com/galaxy-tab-4-hard-reset
This cannot be blocked by SiteKiosk.

Otherwise please find here some general advices for using SiteKiosk Android on Samsung devices:
