We setup our SiteKiosks to access an ADP site for training purposes. Just this morning, all of our Sitekiosk stations are displaying a message when attempting to access training content - "You are not authenticated to access this content. Reason: {"message":"Browser agent does not match the fingerprint that was registered.").

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. This might have to do with a change made on ADP's website recently since SiteKiosk does not update on its own. You will need to confirm what is required to view this content. Either Azure SSO - https://devblog.provisio.com/post/2022/08/17/Enabling-Single-Sign-On-with-Azure-Active-Directory-in-SiteKiosk-Online-Windows.aspx or with you editing the browser agent in Project>>Settings>>Client>>Browser>>"User agent modification". (These instructions are for SiteKiosk Online).

Hello,

Both sites require credential login. Can you send the specific steps to replicate this to support-america(at)sitekiosk.com ? Please also check with these sites to see what type of "fingerprint", they are expecting.
